1. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

1.1. "Going Gremlin" guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by Users.
1.2. Personal data identified on the order form as mandatory is essential for "Going Gremlin" to provide the Service. Any omission or inaccuracy of data provided by the User is their sole and exclusive responsibility and may result in "Going Gremlin" refusing to provide the Service.
1.3. The User's personal data will be processed and stored electronically and is intended for use by "Going Gremlin" within the scope of the contractual and/or commercial relationship with the User.
1.4. Under applicable law, the User is guaranteed, at no additional cost, the right to access, rectify, and update their personal data, directly or upon written request, as well as the right to object to the use of said data for the purposes set forth in the previous paragraph. The Internet is an open network, meaning that the User's personal data, other personal information, and all content hosted on the Service may circulate on the network without security conditions, even running the risk of being accessed and used by unauthorized third parties for such purpose. "Going Gremlin" cannot be held liable for such access and/or use.
